Detailed Problem Description
For an open order that they did a season re-determination on in ECC and it doesn't seem to have changed the season in BW. Please look at this order. They changed the season on this order and it didn't flow to BW. The change was made on Monday I was told. See screen shots below from ECC and BW just now.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. After a thorough Analysis it was observed that the new season re-determination changes were not captured by the standard 2LIS_11_VASCL extraction Queue before extracting to BW as seen in the screenshot below:
2. When both season & collection are redetermined in the sales order, the changes are captured into the Extraction Queue & correctly fetched to BW.
3. But when only season is redetermined in the sales order, the changes are not extracted to BW correctly. But if there is any other subsequent change in the document, the season changes are also extracted to BW.
4. Replicated the same issue in NECNED300 to test the functionality of the Extractor as listed below:
a. Created two sales orders with valid season & Collection and extracted to BW. The results are shown below:
b. Season re-determination is done in the Sales Order 69242 but Season & collection re-determinations are done in the Sales Order 69243. Results are as shown below:
The sales order with season & collection re-determination is extracted to BW, whereas the sales order with only season re-determination is not extracted to BW.
3. If changes are done to the sales order 69242, other than the season, the changes are extracted to BW as as shown:
Here the delivery date is changed in the subsequent document, along with the delivery date changes, season re-determinations are also extracted to BW.
Resolution
Since the logic to capture delta records is based on the standard SAP functionality of 2LIS_11_VASCL extractor, we have to open a ticket with SAP. For an immediate solution we have done a FULL load of all the Sales orders into the BW system. Please find the attached of Sales orders for which FULL load is done.
